Instruction & Warmup
Our coaching staff will walk you through paddling form, stroke, and timing, then guide the group through a warm-up before we head out on the boat.
Required Equipment
We’ll provide all the essential equipment, including a fitted life vest, a dragon boat paddle, and a bottle of water.
Paddling Practice
Put your new skills into practice while enjoying a fun paddle through beautiful scenery. Along the way, you may even spot some local wildlife.
